Went in got serviced by John and left with bubbles and cuts and not a very well job. Called and spoked to Dana the manager she was very sweet and apologetic and had me come back in, which I did and so happy I did. Maya took care of me and was gentle with my pinky where I was cut. I've been going here for some time, and I usually have a good experience with their pedicures. I usually get a regular pedi, but this time decided to get a gel pedi. I was having a rough time at work so I decided to book myself a pedi to destress but I left more stressed than when I walked in. The person doing my pedi was in SUCH a rush, and you could tell! She wanted me to give her the color I wanted immediately after sitting down even though I was working with the receptionist to find the color that I wanted. Then she started the service but nothing was done thoroughly. The toe separator she used was yanked off when she was done, the massage was so quick and the service was done in less than 30 mins. For comparison, the lady next to me was getting the same service as me and she has started prior to me arriving at the salon. She was still getting her base coat when I was done and heading out of the salon. If you're looking for a relaxing experience, this place is not it. My nail polish also chipped in a matter of a couple days. If anyone has any recommendations, please message me with other places in the area. For some reason the workers were rushing the process which ultimately led to sloppy work. I went in for a regular pedicure and my big toenails are both smudge pretty obviously yet they didn't tidy them up. Also, I wanted a design but wasn't even given the option of asking because as soon as the man doing my manicure was finished he disappeared without even saying anything. Nice experience. The add ons (paraffin wax, exfoliation, massage, etc.) seemed to focus on the calves and not my feet that actually needed it. I loved the results but they started chilling within a week. And a grain of sand was cured into the white of my left hand which was a little annoying. The salon is beautiful, the services are well priced. They didn't have the color I wanted so I got a basic French. Spent about 130 for a gel manicure and "energizing pedicure". My husband and I received a gift card to this nail spa while we were visiting Ventura. The spa was such a treat! The pedicures were so relaxing. Everyone was friendly and professional. There was a little hiccup with the gift card we had but the manager Dana was so helpful and accommodating and got it all figured out for us. I enjoy getting gel pedicures here. It's super easy to make an appointment online. They have all their prices listed, so there are no surprises. Regular pedicures will run you $45 to start, and gel pedicures start at $60. I feel they are a little on the higher side for cost, but they do a good job. It's in the Pierpont Shopping Center, so there is plenty of parking. It is very clean inside and has friendly workers working the front desk. Update: Downgrade from 5 stars to 3 stars. Unfortunately twice over the last year I got an infection because they cut my cuticles too aggressively during my pedicure.  When I let the front desk know the second time, they said the person I’d been with last no longer worked there. I had a good pedicure that time. The last time I went though, the same thing happened -  she was way too aggressive with my cuticles and cut the side of my nail so deeply I’m having to take care so I don’t get an ingrown toenail. I left a message on their answering machine explaining the situation and how disappointing it was because I love the space. No one bothered to call me back. So sadly, I can’t recommend them any longer and I won’t be back. *** Bright, clean, very pretty space. Friendly staff. I walked in and they were able to accommodate me but I’d recommend making an appointment. Michael was wonderful - he did an excellent job on my nails and gave me an amazing foot massage. I just had my nails and toes done I love coming here . Myli is my favorite she gives the best pedicures . I let my husband experience Myli and he was satisfied. I got Christine she did my pedicure really nice but when it came to my finger nails it hurt extremely bad I felt like not only was she rough taking the gel off with a high power drill it was burning so badly I felt like she took off my real nails they have been so sensitive for a week now anytime I try to open something it’s painful . I hate those drills when they are used to do all the work and more yikes . I will make sure next time that foil is used after my nails get back to being a lot stronger . I've come here twice now and after today this is definitely my favorite place! I took my daughter for her first ever pedicure and the ladies couldn't have been sweeter or more accommodating or helpful! She's only a little kid and I wasn't sure how it'd go but the lady that took care of her was the best and made her first experience so special. I'm kicking myself that I didn't get her name but I will definitely ask around next time. Can't wait to come back! I came in for the first time today for a pedicure with my mom as a birthday treat for her. We had a wonderful experience. The salon was very clean and organized and appeared very well maintained. We both got  the mid level upgraded pedicure I think it was called "refresh" but I don't exactly remember. It was amazing! I have had many pedicures but it was actually the best pedicure I have ever had. Myly did an amazing job she was very kind and gave a great massage. They explained the builder nails, which would work better on my nails and they look great… thanks Kelly for doing a good job!   My toes were done by Christine and she was fabulous!!! Wonderful experience. Needed a last minute gel pedicure. They were very receptive to me wanting a few adjustments to my toes. And then I decided I wanted a different color after I had already picked one and they were super nice with the change. The space is very clean, and the environment and nail artists and welcoming. I had a great pedicure, but unfortunately, the person who did my manicure was not gentle. My cuticles were cut too much and sore from the tools used. Friendly staff, SO CLEAN, and the ability to pay with card is appreciated (although I do try to bring cash when I can). This is definitely a salon where you want to book an appointment because they stay pretty busy, super easy through their website. They have complimentary boxed water and kombucha cans available. I personally get french tip powder mani/gel pedi and it always lasts quite awhile compared to other salons. I typically can go 3-4 weeks with my manicure before I need a fill! I came here for a manicure and pedi gel. I was not impressed with my My manicure, it peeled off after few days. I contacted them and they were able to let me make another appointment to fix it. My pedicure was also not the greatest, the way it was painted was not the best. I feel that at times each manicurist have their way of painting which can make them look great or not. I chose this place based on other yelp reviews. They were a mixed bag to be honest but I went with the positive reviews. It's cute and hidden away in the Pierpont shopping center. I had no idea they have been open since 1992! They have an easy online booking system. No cc info of deposit required. They have seven pedicure stations and seven manicure stations. It's a very small shop but it's modern and clean. There is no tv which i like, and they play modern music at a moderate level. When you walk in you check in with the receptionist who is only a receptionist, and pick out your nail color based on the plastic painted nails. They have two sets to look at, gel or regular polish. All the actual polish is put away in the back which I think is more sanitary. It smells really nice when you walk in, like lavender and not chemicals. Their chairs have massage settings, cup holders, purse hooks, and a little tray. The basic pedicure is $45, the next step up is $55 and adds a mask, scrub, and hot stone massage which was nice. The pedicure bowls have liners which is important to me. Their tools are either one time use (like the pumice ), or they come out of a sanitized bag they unseal in front of you. The lotion and scrub are prepackaged which is also great. They come in three different scents which they let you pick, lavender, mandarin, or aloe. I picked mandarin and it was pleasant and not overpowering. The massage wasn't as strong as I normally would prefer but that can vary from person to person (giving or receiving) so I won't judge too much on that. Not a full five stars because: * I have to see how the polish wears (smudged and chipped in less than three hours. I'm going to see if they will fix for free this week.) * The callus remover didn't fully or mostly remove my calluses. They are pretty bad though and I know some place don't like to scrub as hard in case they hurt you or make your feet sensitive. * I wish the massage was stronger * The foot part of my daughter's chair broke when she got there (but after they taped it, it didn't impact her pedicure). *I heard they have complementary drinks and I could see a little fridge, but they didn't offer us any. My friend gave me a $65 pedicure gift card. I added a gel manicure to my apt. Making the appointment was easy. The place is easy to find, clean, calming atmosphere. I requested a french mani pedi, was not told it would be $5 extra for each. Neither lady knew how to draw a decent french tip. When asked me how it looks I mentioned one of my nails tip was not even. The woman became flustered and said she has another customer waiting. But she did correct it. The lady doing my toes didnt speak English and couldnt understand me. Before paying I hear another customer ask why she was charged this extra $5 miscellaneous fee. Owner checked, removed the $5 apologizing, saying the front desk rep was new and still learning. When it was my turn to pay I was charged $130. $65 was my pedicure. I also asked how come my manicure was $65 also. They apologized and said it was a mistake and manicure should be only $50. I paid it and left them a tip too as I know they work hard, but Im never going back. My gel manicure was so poorly done, thick layer that peeled 4 days later. Listen I'm not to be so impressed by a nail shop, but I was with this place! If you're in the Ventura area and you need to get your feet and hands done, do yourself the favor and head over to the Pierpont Nail Salon!!  Not only did they do an amazing job on my hands and feet, but they were so damn hospitable and that goes a long way with me. I'm very meticulous so I was watching like an eagle on Lia and Ann's every move lol. They were both equally great. And let me not forget the owner (did not get her name) she was very strategic of who to put me with. She's very much business savvy in that aspect. I'll be coming back every 3 weeks hands down!  Oh and I'm new in town and did try another nail shop and it was ghetto! I think that the place is great if you only want small and simp nails. if you have anything long then you are out of luck.  the acrylic application was messy and I would good home having to peel dried acrylic off my finger tip. as someone who liked plain red semi long nails I always felt judged. My cuticles would look ruff after ever appointment. I never got designes but my total warily always be close to 90$. For the ok job that they are doing 90$ is way to muc. From my first experience until now, this nail salon has steadily remained my favorite. The business is clean & tidy. The staff is excellent at customer service & their skills. Got in and was immediately greeted, checked in and handed color options. Was taken back by Tammy who was sweet and did a great job on my Pedi. I did the basic package for $45 and was o stall very satisfied. Tammy did a wonderful job really cleaning up the toes and took her time. The massage chairs were worth the $45 alone, haha. I only had a little bit of time before my daughter is off from school and was in desperate need of a pedicure so I googled and found the Pierpoint Nail salon. Called and they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in. I was pleasantly surprised on how efficient it all was…I got seated after only a short 2 mins. and the lady got right to work. The message chairs there are super awesome and the pedicure was very relaxing. I was so relaxed that I almost dozed off; but didn’t because I’m super ticklish on the bottom of my feet. Laughing woke me up, but I was still very much relaxed. The pedicure was done perfectly and didn’t take long at all…it was just the right amount of “Me” time that I needed. This was my first time in Pierpoint Nail Spa. I was greeted immediately.  The salon was clean and well-staffed.  It was also convenient to park in the parking lot. I was helped by Nancy and she did a very nice job.  I believe the prices are very much in line with any nail salon serves in So Cal. This was my first time here, based on some recommendations. I am trying out different salons as I have had some bad experiences in the past. The receptionist was very accommodating and took the time to listen to my concerns about why I was looking for another salon and what I was needing. She made a couple of recommendations based on actual knowledge and experience. Once I was assigned to my technician, she was there to make sure that everyone was on the same page, and that my concerns were met and everyone understood exactly what it was that I was looking for. We did a gel build up (bio gel) to protect the paper, thin nail, that was needed to be cut short past my fingertip.  Because my nails were over filed at the previous place, my technician, Leah was very careful to hand file as much as she could, and was very gentle. I am very particular about cleanliness, and from what I could see the instruments came fresh out of a bag, and everything appeared to be cleaned. I have been going to this salon for 1 1/2 years. I have tried so many different salons in Ventura County and never felt comfortable nor satisfied. Once i found this place, I haven't gone anywhere else. The staff is welcoming and kind. They are super clean and listen to what you want. I went to this salon for the first time last month. It is very nice and clean inside. The receptionist was also very friendly. I got dip for the first time with extensions. I let the nail tech know in advance that I had very sensitive cuticles and to be gentle, but I don't think she understood me because she cut me 3 times. She did a nice job on the nails, but one did break that same day. I reached out to them the next day and they had me go in to fix my nail right away. I mentioned how the tech cut me 3 times and they were kind enough to give me a gift card. I was worried because they had the same tech fix my broken nail and she did in fact cut me again to the point where I was bleeding. She also didn't seem happy when I wanted my nails shorter. (I have yet to understand why so many manicurists  get bothered when we ask for short nails. Some of us just want our hands to just look nice. Plus I have an office job and cannot go very long). Anyway, my nails have really lasted me so I do plan to go back but hopefully with another nail tech. I hope this review helps make a difference in how rough the techs are.

Pierpont Nail Spa is always clean and  very calm and relaxing. The young woman at the front desk is very friendly and attentive and the techs do a very good job. I booked a manicure for this afternoon and started at the appointed time. The website states the basic polish manicure, $25, lasts 60 minutes. Great Nail Salon in Ventura. I’ve been searching and after seeing many bad reviews from other well known salons in Ventura. I decided to try this one out because it had good reviews and their Instagram looked good. Glad I came here the staff is very friendly and professional and the place is very clean and inviting the prices are also fair compared to others salons.They also helped me pick the right color based on an inspo picture and I’m very happy with the way it turned out. I highly recommend this salon 100 out of 100 they totally take care of you every time that you go there. I got recommended to go here by my friend Lesley White who owned Tiki girl for many years and I always like her style and choices of things. I have since recommended for friends to go here and I've been happy every time that we have gone. The staff is so polite and friendly and you just leave in a positive happy mood because of just a delightful experience. They offer you a kombucha or boxed water and the whole place has a cute style. I'm so happy to have found my new favorite nail salon in Ventura to be able to stick with regularly. A friend gave me a gift card for this salon and I was looking forward to trying it out because I've heard great things about it. The interior of the place is very nice and up to date, also it's not crowded like other salons I've been to, which was great, However, the gentleman that dipped my nails took the skin off as he trimmed my cuticle on one finger, it actually broke the skin. I mentioned that it hurt and thought maybe he would acknowledge it but didn't. I also have a couple of nails that are not very smooth, they're wavy. We weren’t  happy with the nails, they were way to think and lumpy and after talking with them they gave us a refund for the nails. Came in for a pedicure, not knowing they are such a lovely place: air conditioning! Delicious kombucha and water offered, and the pedicure was fantastic. They really did a good job with the nails and the massage and salt scrub were soooo good! Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone wanting a quality manicure and/or pericure

I love this salon. It’s clean, modern and beachy. They take great care to ensure it’s never over crowded. You must make an appointment - it’s very rare that they have availability for walk-ins. The artists are wonderful and easy to work with and the pedi massages are great (very important to me!)! I would personally recommend a female stylist. I’ve used almost all of them and have only had great experiences. Unfortunately the only mediocre experience I’ve had was with Billy and the same for my girlfriend. I just ask for a female and they always accommodate and have never made me feel bad for asking. Overall - 10 out of 10 recommend!!

The salon was bright and clean. Everyone was very nice. The problem is the polish was applied a bit sloppily. It wouldn't be a big deal if it were just one nail but it's several nails. My second time coming here and I am really pleased. The spa is very clean.  A great environment to get some self care. My appointment was at 9 am, I was checked in and seated right away. 9 am is not a time I want to be doing anything- but it's a great time to sit in a chair, listen to an audio book and close your eyes. The gal that checked me in was attentive and communicative. I picked a color and a glitter for my pedi, and we got started. My appointment was for a gel pedi, and I added a couple of extras to pamper myself. The hot stones, paraffin  wax , and CBD experience. The gal giving me my pedi, was quiet yet communicative - she did not rush and was very detail oriented. My toes came out great, and I actually was falling asleep near the end . I can't remeber the gals name that worked on me - either Ann or Tammy- my fault ! But I made sure to tip her well for her care and attention. They offer you Kombucha that is really good. Wow! Have been getting pedicures for 50+ years. Today's time in the chair with Tammy as my nail tech was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. The chairs are relaxing and environment very peaceful and pleasant.  She did an excellent job of each step.  Will return!

I’ve been here a handful of times and come back for the quality! My pedicure looked amazing for weeks and my gel manicure lasted 3 weeks before chipping. But because of the AMAZING staff and the experience I had here today, I will only go to Pierpont nails from now on. I unfortunately had to bring my 1year old with me (I know not ideal for them or others trying to relax). My son was not having it and the wonderful woman at the front desk rocked his stroller, kept giving him things to play with, and made me feel welcomed even with the crying baby. I did end up leaving, but will 100% be back (without baby). Their service and quality is superb and the best in Ventura county! Way to go Pierpont nails. Clean, friendly staff and amazing quality! Pierpont Nail Spa provides Top Notch Service! I got the CBD massage treatment and the hot rocks massage. After back surgery it had been way too long since I treated myself! The CBD leg and foot massage was amazing! Pierpont Nail Spa has complimentary cold drinks as well. The owners/management are very personable. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service. I absolutely LOVED this place! I was looking for a place to get a gel manicure and a really nice pedicure the day before my sister's wedding. They far exceeded my expectations.
